Abstract

|
The vaginal contraceptive A-gen 53 based an biological basis was used by 54 fertile women during a total of 312 cycles. A-Gen 53 has been used for the first group of 25 women by checking the basal body temperature and for the second group of 29 without checking the basal body temperature. The results obtained are those. 1. during the observation of 312 cycles no one was conceived. 2. In the first group though 49 cycles of total 145 cycles were cohabitted on the ovulation time which was estimated by the basal body temperature charts, no case had a conception. 3. duirng the observation of the 312 cycles there was no notable side effect.
